In the shadows of faraway pas several mines are hidden,
which explode when we try to touch it leaded by our inspiration to
discover our roots of identity: Always when we are astonished at some
archaic magic, unveiling the extraordinary knowledge of the prehistoric
people, we keep in mind Atlantis, the sunk island which made Plato develop
his ideas for an Ideal State. All disputes about the Antiquity pass
mandatory through ancient Hellas. It has assumed the right to usurp the
beginning of human history, presenting it in a “hellenocentric” style
where nearby and far neighbours play the role of wild barbarians. The last
mine makes stuned everybody who is fond of the most poetic legend – this
of Orpheus and Euridice and his tragic doom, accusing him in partiality to
“men’s love” (?!). So every effort to take sight to the remarkable
artifacts seems to be firmly locked beyond heavy, impenetrable doors.
